This project involved the construction and fit out of three blocks including retail units.Full mechanical and electrical installations formed part of the works as well as interior finishes to retail and chemist shops.
Six Town-houses and fifteen apartments including penthouse were fitted out which included kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.
Ryanair is one of Europe’s leading airlines carrying over 130m customers p.a. on more than 2,000 daily flights. Ganson Fit Out was contracted to construct a purpose built building to house Ryanair’s fixed base flight simulator along with 2 training rooms.
Construction and fit out included installation and construction of RC walls, steel structures, flooring, internal walls, cladding and external glazing.
All M&E works were carried out including A/C power, IT and lighting. Decorative finishes to rooms were carried out including painting. This was all carried out whilst ensuring the Flight Simulator was protected from damage as it had to be installed during construction of the building.
The project involved the construction of an ambulance centre on Sister Senan Avenue, Edenderry, Co.Offaly on a greenfield site adjacent to the surrounding residential properties.
The construction works included the following:
• Enclosed and sheltered parking bays for ambulances
• Vehicle washer bay
• Rainwater harvesting tank
• LPG tank
• Backup generator facility
• Connection to all utilities
• Groundworks and landscaping
• Secure fencing and sliding gate access
Fit out included, training room, canteen, quiet room, sitting room, offices, medical store and sluice room as well as all mechanical and electrical installations.
Ryevale Nursing Home is a 130 bedroom nursing home located in Leixlip, County Kildare.Ganson Fit Out demolished 44 rooms and built a new extension. This along with various
renovations brought the total bed space up to 173.
Works also involved extension and fit out of the laundry room, kitchen, staff canteen, male & female changing rooms, storage areas, office and reception areas.
A link corridor was constructed between new and existing buildings and underfloor heating installed. Works were of a traditional build, typical mechanical and electrical fit out, lift service and interior finishes/fit out.
Coláiste Abbain is situated in the village of Adamstown in the heart of Co. Wexford. The project involved demolition and removal of the two old existing school buildings and the construction of a new 3,079m² extension. This was constructed as part single storey and part two storey. The two remaining buildings totalling 871m² have been refurbished with a new link built between them.
The fit out includes teaching areas, staff accomodation and a sports hall.
Ganson were contracted to construct a new two storey GRD 16 classroom school on a greenfield site. Works included site clearance, excavation and installation of foundations, erection of steel, and new floor slab including all services
The school fit out works included general classrooms, special needs unit, specialist rooms, support teaching spaces, administration area, general purpose hall & ancillary accommodation, new site entrance and exit and installation of fitted furniture. Externally, car parking spaces, drop-off and pick-up facilities, bicycle parking, 2 No. ball courts, service yard, external stores, bin store and oil tank storage area were created.
Installation of mechanical and electrical, interior and exterior decoration works and various ancillary and civils works also formed part of the contract.
Ganson was contracted to build and fit out a new two storey and part single storey 1000 pupil post primary school with associated public park, hard play areas, GAA sized football pitch, access roads, staff parking and covered cycle parking. Located in Dundalk, the school began fit out once the roof structure was completed.
Fit out works included M&E, joinery, painting and decoration, tiling and floor finishes to various areas including science labs, gymnasium, home economics rooms, kitchens and canteen areas.

Works included M&E, joinery, ceilings, floors, partitions as well as fitting of FF&E including extension of existing servery counter, coffee condiment stations, extension to existing
island coffee unit to include bin and counter top.
