Edenderry Ambulance Centre

The project involved the construction of an ambulance centre on Sister Senan Avenue, Edenderry, Co.Offaly on a greenfield site adjacent to the surrounding residential properties.

The construction works included the following:

• Enclosed and sheltered parking bays for ambulances
• Vehicle washer bay
• Rainwater harvesting tank
• LPG tank
• Backup generator facility
• Connection to all utilities
• Groundworks and landscaping
• Secure fencing and sliding gate access

Fit out included, training room, canteen, quiet room, sitting room, offices, medical store and sluice room as well as all mechanical and electrical installations.

Ryevale Nursing Home, Leixlip

Ryevale Nursing Home is a 130 bedroom nursing home located in Leixlip, County Kildare.Ganson Fit Out demolished 44 rooms and built a new extension. This along with various
renovations brought the total bed space up to 173.

Works also involved extension and fit out of the laundry room, kitchen, staff canteen, male & female changing rooms, storage areas, office and reception areas.

A link corridor was constructed between new and existing buildings and underfloor heating installed. Works were of a traditional build, typical mechanical and electrical fit out, lift service and interior finishes/fit out.

Our Lady’s of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda

Kitchen and staff changing room upgrade to existing protected structure area within Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. The works consisted of the demolition and alteration of internal areas of the existing kitchen, staff changing room and office areas.

Talbot Lodge Nursing Home

The new development involved the construction of eight single storey extensions on the existing Talbot Lodge Nursing Home. This included a new main entrance area, small cafe for residents and visitors, additional day/dining rooms and activities areas as well as 32no bedrooms, bathrooms and additional staff facilities. The new bedrooms are all single rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The existing Dining Room was divided up internally in order to provide a link corridor to improve the fire escape route from the existing Kitchen area. All works were carried out to ensure that the HIQA Nursing Home Standards 2014 were achieved
