Refurbishment and retrofit of the existing social housing complex including the addition of two new floors of accommodation over the existing building, the total area of the completed development will be c.8550sq.m over 6 floors, providing a total of 80 number apartments with associated balconies. The building will comprise of 23 No. 1 bedroom apartments, 44 No. 2 bedroom apartments, 2 No. 3 bedroom apartments, 8 No. 3 bedroom duplex units and 3 No. 4 bedroom apartments. The removal of Gloucester Lane to the East and adjacent railed green space to provide secure residents parking with 27 No. car parking spaces.
This project involved the construction and fit out of three blocks including retail units.Full mechanical and electrical installations formed part of the works as well as interior finishes to retail and chemist shops.
Six Town-houses and fifteen apartments including penthouse were fitted out which included kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.

The construction of the Sheltered Housing Development for Clanmill housing association to provide fully accessible living accommodation for up to 24 persons with varying levels of physical disability. The building was constructed over two and three storeys.
The works include the taking down of trees on the site, demolition of existing foundations and slab to previously demolished dwelling on site. The new apartment block consists of 10 No. own door apartments, gym and 1 No. office suite in a block varying from one to three storeys on the site and all ancillary works. The gross floor area is 3300m2.
