Earls Hotel, Pembroke St, Dublin

This project delivers a new 4+ star hotel on Pembroke Street, opposite Fitzwilliam Square, with 112 rooms across eight floors. The design responds to its tight urban context through stepped massing and internal courtyards that maximise daylight and create private terraces.

Public spaces include a double-height entrance foyer, bar, and breakfast area, while the façade uses red brick, sandstone, and terracotta to complement neighbouring buildings. Construction is currently underway following site clearance and groundworks.
