Kilbarrack Health Centre

Ganson Building & Civil Engineering Ltd. delivered a part single-storey, part two-storey extension with roof terrace and new external doors, providing a range of community health services including dental care, physiotherapy, occupational and children’s therapy, and a public nursing unit.

Acting as both Main Contractor and PSCS, Ganson implemented comprehensive HSEQ management, including risk assessments, method statements, site inductions, and weekly integrated audits. A full-time H&S officer monitored works, non-conformances were promptly addressed, and daily toolbox talks and weekly coordination meetings ensured safe and efficient delivery.
