Kilbride Education Campus

Construction of a new educational campus at Kilbride, Arklow, comprising a three-storey post-primary school for approximately 350 pupils and a two-storey 16-classroom primary school, together with associated external works on a greenfield site.

The development includes full site clearance and preparation, installation of construction compounds and access routes, and the delivery of all civil and building works including earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations, structural frame, precast elements, blockwork, and full mechanical and electrical installations.

External works form a significant element of the project and include new car parking areas, hard and soft play areas, drainage infrastructure, a foul pumping station, and the construction of new internal and external road networks with dedicated access and egress arrangements.
