Project Overview
Construction of a 10,405m² two- and three-storey post-primary school for 1,000 विद्यार्थents, incorporating teaching spaces, administration areas, a special needs unit, and a sports hall with CLT roof structure. The development also included extensive external facilities such as car and cycle parking, play areas, an all-weather pitch, and landscaped grounds.
The project involved significant enabling and civil works, including new road infrastructure, bus set-down areas, culverting, flood mitigation measures, and boundary treatments, both within and beyond the site boundary.
Built with a focus on sustainability, the school features energy-efficient MEICA systems, natural ventilation strategies, and a green roof. Works included piled and reinforced concrete foundations, full M&E installations, and comprehensive testing and commissioning in line with BC(A)R requirements.
Delivered in a busy urban environment, the project maintained high standards of traffic and stakeholder management, alongside rigorous HSEQ controls. Construction progressed safely throughout the Covid-19 pandemic under approved protocols, with the project completed to a high standard and full client satisfaction.
