Ryanair Training Centre, Cafe & Simulation Building

This project involved the refurbishment, restoration, and fit-out of an existing Ryanair facility at Dublin Airport, alongside the construction of a new single-storey building housing two flight simulators. A connecting skyway links the new structure to the existing building, which also includes bespoke training classrooms.

Works included reinforced concrete construction, steel structures, precast flooring, cladding, and high-performance glazing, as well as a full M&E installation and commissioning. Careful coordination was required to protect sensitive simulator equipment throughout.

The completed facility provides a modern, purpose-built training environment delivered to a high standard.
