The scheme also includes extensive external works, incorporating dedicated set-down and circulation areas for minibuses and vehicles, 102 car parking spaces, a range of play and sensory environments including soft play areas, a ballcourt, and a multisensory garden, along with associated landscaping, site infrastructure, and access roads.
This project represents a significant investment in specialist education infrastructure, combining high-quality architectural design with tailored clinical and educational facilities to support a diverse student population.
