The Galleries, Donabate

This project comprises The Galleries Residential Development in Donabate, Co. Dublin, delivering 48 apartments across two blocks on a brownfield site. The scheme includes a reinforced concrete frame structure with a basement car park, alongside full site development works.

Works involved demolition, piling, concrete construction, brick and blockwork, green roofs, and full M&E installation, as well as extensive hard and soft landscaping. Located adjacent to the Dublin–Belfast railway line, the project required careful coordination within a busy urban setting.

Completed to a high standard, the development provides a modern residential environment supported by quality finishes, infrastructure, and landscaped surroundings.
