The Keep

Refurbishment and redevelopment of a prominent city centre building, formerly occupied by BHS, transforming the space into a modern mixed-use development.

The project included the reconfiguration of the ground floor into multiple retail units, along with a partial change of use on the upper floors to accommodate leisure uses. Significant façade upgrades were delivered along Castle Lane, Castle Arcade, and Cornmarket, alongside internal alterations to improve layout and circulation.
