Arden Road, Mixed Use Development, Tullamore

This project comprised a mixed-use development including two retail units and 21 residential apartments, supported by a reinforced concrete basement car park extending across the full site.

The apartments were fully fitted with modern kitchens and bedroom furniture, while the building achieved a high A2 BER energy rating. External areas were completed in line with landscape design proposals, incorporating raised planter beds, water features, street furniture, and roof gardens.

Delivered on time and within budget, the scheme provides a high-quality residential and retail environment finished to a strong standard.
