Project Overview
Ganson Building & Civil Engineering Ltd. delivered a five-storey, 161-bed nursing home with a reinforced basement car park and a fifth-floor café, acting as Design & Build Main Contractor and PSCS in a live operational environment.
The project included reinforced concrete construction with retaining walls, columns, beams, precast floors and stairs, road realignment, new utility connections, foul and stormwater networks, footpaths, car park, and botanical-style landscaping. Enabling works included site setup, bulk excavation, sensitive demolition, and asbestos removal.
All M&E systems were fully tested, commissioned, and handed over alongside graphic-rich O&M and Safety Manuals. The building achieved a high A2 BER energy-efficient rating and was completed to a very high standard of quality, safety, and sustainability.
