Colaiste Chuchulainn Dundalk

Construction of a new two-storey and part single-storey post-primary school for 1,000 students, complete with a public park, hard play areas, and a full-size GAA football pitch. The development also included access roads, 80 car parking spaces, and covered cycle parking.

The building structure combined structural steel framing with precast concrete walls, floors, and stairs. External finishes featured a blend of facing brick, coloured render, and extensive glazing designed to complement the surrounding environment while maximising natural light.

External works incorporated both hard and soft landscaping across play and sports areas. A full mechanical and electrical installation was delivered, tested throughout the build, and fully commissioned upon completion.

Comprehensive HSEQ management, including weekly audits and daily toolbox talks, ensured safe and efficient delivery. The project was completed on time, within budget, and to an exceptionally high standard.
