Construction of a landmark dual-branded Marriott hotel development in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter, comprising a total of 228 bedrooms, including 135 Aloft hotel rooms and 93 Residence Inn aparthotel suites designed for extended stays.

Located within the heart of the city’s waterfront regeneration area, adjacent to Titanic Belfast and the SSE Arena, the development forms part of the wider transformation of the historic docklands into a major mixed-use destination.

The project includes a shared ground-floor arrival experience with reception, lobby, and bar/café facilities serving both brands, alongside a fully equipped gym, back-of-house facilities, and integrated car parking. The Residence Inn element provides studio and one-bedroom suites with kitchen and living spaces, while the Aloft hotel delivers a contemporary, technology-driven hospitality offering.

Externally, the scheme incorporates high-quality public realm and landscaped areas, enhancing connectivity within the Titanic Quarter and contributing to the wider urban regeneration strategy. The development is designed to achieve high sustainability standards, targeting BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold accreditation in line with Marriott’s environmental objectives.
