Project Overview
Construction of the HSE National Distribution Centre at Burlington Business Park, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, delivering a high-quality industrial and logistics facility with associated external works, access infrastructure, and site services.
Delivered within a live commercial environment, the project required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption. Works were executed in phased sequences, supported by controlled site access and just-in-time deliveries to suit the constrained site conditions.
The scheme incorporated internal warehouse works and external construction activities, with temporary works solutions implemented where required to facilitate safe and efficient delivery.
A strong focus on health & safety, quality control, and stakeholder engagement ensured effective management of traffic, noise, and environmental impacts throughout.
Delivered through a structured and collaborative approach, the project achieved a safe, efficient, and high-quality outcome in line with client and regulatory requirements.
