Demolition of an existing school and construction of new junior and senior primary school buildings, along with a GP hall and all associated site works, in a busy urban location.

The project included full site setup, asbestos removal, demolition, and construction using precast framing with brick and block finishes. Internal works comprised joinery, kitchen and office fit-outs, and high-quality finishes throughout.

External works delivered extensive hard and soft landscaping, including roads, car parking, and green areas. Sustainable features such as water harvesting and attenuation systems were incorporated, alongside a modern building management system (BMS) for efficient M&E control.

Strong HSEQ management, including weekly audits and daily toolbox talks, ensured safe delivery, with all systems fully tested and commissioned on completion.
