Room2 Hotel, Belfast

This project involves the development of a new hotel in Belfast, delivered for the room2 brand, providing 175 bedrooms along with bar, restaurant, lounge, and meeting spaces.

Constructed on the site of a former office building, the scheme features a reinforced concrete frame with a mix of composite cladding and brickwork. The design includes a variety of internal spaces and amenities arranged over nine floors, with high-quality finishes throughout.

Sustainability is central to the project, with energy-efficient systems, solar power, and reused materials incorporated to support a low-carbon, modern hospitality environment.
