Tooting Meadow, Scarlet Street, Drogheda

This project involved the construction of ten sustainable apartments and five townhouses within a busy, built-up area of Drogheda town centre.

The works included demolition, asbestos removal, site enabling works, and full construction using reinforced concrete, brick, and precast elements, alongside green roof systems and SUDS infrastructure. Extensive coordination was required for traffic and pedestrian management throughout the build.

Delivered on time and within budget, the project achieved a high standard of sustainability and was recognised with the RIAI Public Choice Award in 2020.
