St. Mary's Mansions, Dublin 1

This project involved the refurbishment, restoration, and retrofit of an existing social housing complex, including the addition of two new floors to create a six-storey building with 80 apartments. The scheme also introduced external balconies and internal walkway balconies with modern glass balustrading.

Significant upgrades were made to improve energy performance to A2 rating, including the installation of rooftop PV panels to support NZEB standards. External works included new car parking and a fully equipped play area.

Delivered within a constrained city centre site, the project provides a modernised, energy-efficient residential environment completed to a high standard.
