Project Overview
Phased construction of new two- and three-storey school buildings comprising 35 classrooms, delivered on a live and fully operational school campus in a busy urban setting.
The project involved temporary accommodation installation, careful demolition of existing structures, and construction of a new precast concrete school building with high-quality internal and external finishes. Extensive coordination ensured safe separation between construction works and ongoing school activities.
Works included new drainage and utilities, car parking, set-down areas, ball courts, and significant hard and soft landscaping. A full mechanical and electrical installation was delivered, including a modern automated building management system (BMS), with all systems fully tested, commissioned, and handed over with user training.
Achieving an A2 BER rating, the project emphasised energy performance and quality. Strong HSEQ management and careful planning ensured safe delivery, with the project completed on time, within budget, and to the full satisfaction of the client.
